ADHD/AuDHD Coaching - it’s what we do

We are specialised in working with children, young people and families. With years of experience and ongoing professional development mindsets, we jointly curate treatment plans that are based on best practice, neuroaffirming and always with the child/young person in mind.

We also provide Assessments and Treatments for young adults up to age 25 and are partnered with Greenwood Mentors for adults aged 25 and over. For more information please visit our Assessments Page and/or Treatments Page.

ADHD/AuDHD Coaching

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and AuDHD (Autism Spectrum Condition and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) can bring unique strengths as well as challenges, and at times these may feel difficult to manage in everyday life.

ADHD/AuDHD Coaching offers a supportive, structured, and confidential space where individuals can explore these challenges and develop practical strategies tailored to their needs. By building a collaborative and trusting relationship, coaches help clients understand how ADHD/AuDHD impacts areas such as attention, organisation, motivation, and emotional regulation.

Coaches work alongside each individual to identify patterns, build self-awareness, and develop realistic, meaningful goals. This may include creating systems for managing time and tasks, improving focus, strengthening decision-making, and building confidence. The emphasis is on working with an individual’s strengths while addressing areas that feel challenging, helping them to function more effectively and with greater ease in daily life.

ADHD/AuDHD coaches have undertaken specialist training and often work in alignment with recognised professional standards. They may collaborate with parents, educators, or other professionals where appropriate, helping to create a consistent and supportive framework around the individual.

Sessions take place at a regular time, usually weekly or fortnightly, to provide structure and continuity. Coaching may be time-limited with clear goals, or more open-ended, allowing individuals to progress at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable for them.

Post-Diagnostic Support

Receiving a Diagnosis is a Life Changing Event

We deeply respect how receiving a diagnosis can impact an individual and their loved ones, and how different individuals and their loved respond differently. We listen to you and we will work hard to understand you non-judgmentally.

Whether you have been assessed with us or elsewhere, we can support you to understand your diagnosis and the implications that it may have.

Where to start?

We start with you, the person you are and the person you want to be. If you are a parent of a child who has been diagnosed, we think about what it means to you as a parent and the impact the diagnosis has on your child and family as a whole.

How can we help:

We can directly help the child/young person, we can guide and support parents, or we can provide indirect support to schools and education services. Some of the services we can offer include:

  • Psychoeducation

  • ADHD/AuDHD Coaching

  • Sign-posting for Specialist Teachers and Services

  • Speech & Language Intervention

  • Understanding Autism

  • School Liaison and Psychoeducation

  • Social Skills

  • Sign-posting to young people and parent groups
